Forrtress

ok so my friend found this rp pokemon group centered around a circus.
This is Booster Mellow: Forrtress type
Booster's wish was: "I'd like to come out of my shell." and unfortunately got the literal version. 
Works as a light show act in the circus. shoots firework rockets from the shoulder cannons.
Now that the shell is gone Booster gets burns that are now covered by bandages.
